2. Appointments, Cancellation & Payment

2.1 Booking & Confirmation. You may book appointments via our online booking system (e.g. Vagaro). Your booking will be confirmed by us or the platform.

2.2 Cancellation & No-Show Policy. We require cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be charged the full amount. Emergency exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

2.3 Fees & Payment. All fees are in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay the prices listed at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, HSA/FSA, CareCredit, Affirm, or other payment methods we specify.

2.4 Refunds & Credits. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once the Service is performed. Credits or refunds may be issued in certain cases at our discretion.

3. Health Disclaimers & Assumption of Risk

3.1 No Medical Advice. The information on the Site and provided in our Services is for general wellness, therapeutic, and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

3.2 Assumption of Risk. You understand that therapeutic massage or bodywork involves physical contact and manipulation of muscles, joints, and soft tissues, and carries inherent risks (e.g., soreness, bruising, exacerbation of pre-existing conditions). You agree to assume full responsibility for those risks and to release us from liability as permitted by law.

3.3 Medical Conditions & Disclosure. Before receiving Services, you must fully disclose your medical history, conditions, medications, and any injuries. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may be unsafe or contraindicated.

4. Intellectual Property
