Booking your session is easy through Vagaro! Simply visit our online booking page, select your preferred therapist, choose a date and time, and confirm your appointment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details, making it simple to manage your wellness schedule.
How do I know which massage is right for me?
If you’re not sure, our team will guide you. For stress relief, Swedish massage is ideal. For muscle tension, pain, or recovery, deep tissue or sports massage may be a better fit. We’ll always personalize your session to meet your needs.
How long is a typical massage session?
Sessions are usually 60 or 90 minutes, but shorter or longer appointments may be available depending on your preferences.
How often should I get a massage?
Many of our clients book every 4 weeks to maintain long-term wellness. We’ll help you find a schedule that fits your lifestyle and health goals.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
We’ll start with a brief consultation to understand your health history, goals, and preferences. Then, your therapist will tailor the massage to your needs. Professional draping is always provided to ensure your comfort.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy helps us provide the best possible care and maintain an efficient schedule for all clients.
If an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled without proper notice will result in the full charge being applied to your account.

We do not process insurance directly at this time. However, we accept CareCredit, Affirm (pay over time), HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards.
